Today’s Mastermind comes from a true trailblazer for diversity and reaching to the top. Stephanie Boyce the sixth female, the first Black office holder, the first person of colour and the second in-house solicitor in almost 50 years to become president of the Law Society of England and Wales. She is clearly a change agent for more inclusive cultures, so I wanted to get some of her practical advice that we can all apply in the workplace.

This was a fascinating discussion about how ordinary people can make such huge differences.
