The Solution

Sporting Edge secured the services of former England cricket coach Andy Flower OBE to share some practical examples from his highly decorated career as an International cricket coach. Having previously worked with Sporting Edge’s founder, it was easy for them to create a natural rapport during the Q&A session. Andy shared advice and stories around setting team goals, motivating individuals and managing mavericks, and Jeremy Snape linked these examples to the corporate context.
